Your clay choice, how you load, and how you fire all effect the
way the work looks. The design of the kiln is equally important
in its relationship to the pottery. I have been building kilns since
1994, and have built kilns in East Timor, Syracuse
University, Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville, Corning Community College, Waubonsee Community College, and for private individuals. You
will find pictures of these kilns here as well as information about
workshops.
